Bubble Bath

bath Blog Prompt: Tomorrow is Bubble Bath Day. Do you like bubble baths? If so, what is your favorite kind. If not, why?

I love the thought of bubble baths but I don’t like them because I’m allergic to them. Usually the bubble baths have fragrance in them which I’m highly allergic to and sometimes the soap used irritates my skin. I always liked the movies that showed the romance involving bubble baths and wished that I could have one. I like the scene in the movie Pretty Woman with Julia Roberts where she is taking a bubble bath. Oh well, I’ll just have to keep on dreaming.

Oh that's one of my favorite scenes in Pretty Woman too...I don't recall ever having a romantic moment in bubble bath - but I'm sure it could be fun. :)

It is fun, but also dries the skin terribly. I tend to stick to showers now. But occasionally....

Aw, I love a good, old bubble bath! Try this lot for the most natural, feel- good, skin- friendly bubble bath ballistics (and shampoo, soap, body lotion, hair gel, face masks and whatnot) you could possibly imagine, I bet you will find something that you will not be allergic to -- http://www.lushusa.com/shop --
My perfect bubble bath smells of a bit of patchouli, is really hot and I have a book with me. Listening to the radio is optional, but the book is a must.
For the dry skin, just try and add some baby oil. When you get out, it will just cover your skin in a thin layer of fragrant oil, and the dry skin should be sorted. Leaves a bit of a mess in the tub, but hey, it's an alright price to pay.
