I love to eat omelettes if someone else makes them because I can’t make a pretty omelette. Mine comes out like scrambled eggs with “stuff” in it. I love mushrooms and cheese in my omelette. Sometimes I like the Greek omelette at a local restaurant that is made of spinach and feta cheese. The problem is that I’m allergic to spinach at certain times of the year and it makes my mouth itch. My father used to make wonderful omelettes for dinner and cover them with oyster sauce. Now I’m hungry so I will have to go find some food…Have a great day!

I love a good omlette too, but can't make them pretty either. I have learned how to make a very nice quiche though. YUM!
I love a good omlet too and when I go out for breakfast will usually get one of those. With bunch of stuff in it. hehehe

May favourite ommelette (which I havent had very often, but love has smoked salmon and dill in it!) yum yum.
And who cares if yours dont fold over nicely, still tastes good!
